Our Story
LB Pest Management is a family-owned and operated pest management provider, delivering technically informed, professional pest control across residential and commercial environments. Founded and led by Liam, a fully licensed pest technician (QBCC, PMT, Blue Card), the business is built on a simple principle: effective pest management requires knowledge, precision, and accountability.
With extensive industry training and hands-on field experience, Liam has worked across a broad range of pest management services, including common household pests, termite inspections and termite management systems, fire ant colony erradication, and bird proofing & deterrence. This depth of experience allows LB Pest Management to approach each job with a well-rounded understanding of pest behaviour, property structures, and environmental factors.
LB Pest Management provides comprehensive pest inspections, targeted treatment programs, and long-term prevention strategies. Services are grounded in current industry standards, pest biology, construction awareness, and environmental risk assessment, ensuring treatments are tailored to each situation rather than relying on one-size-fits-all solutions.
As an owner-operated business, all technical work is carried out directly by Liam, ensuring consistency, accountability, and attention to detail on every job. Administration and customer support are managed by his partner Holly, enabling responsive communication and organised service delivery. Together, they run LB Pest Management as a dedicated family business with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and client trust.
With over 50 clients and counting, LB Pest Management continues to grow through word-of-mouth, strong relationships, and consistent results. The business remains intentionally small to maintain high standards, personalised service, and direct technical expertise on every service.
